The Larry Labonte Recovery Center proudly participates in the
Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative, which promotes healthy and supportive workplace cultures for employees in recovery and those affected by substance use.

Beyond our own designation as a Recovery Friendly Workplace, LLRC is committed to helping other local businesses and organizations join the initiative. We provide information, guidance, and connections to the resources needed to become officially recognized as
a Recovery Friendly Workplace.

By encouraging more workplaces to take part, we aim to build a community where recovery is understood, supported, and celebrated — both at work and beyond.
